Windowcontrol documentation shortfall?

JPG, shouldn't the windowcontrol tooltip tag have a resource provision in it for tooltip from a text resource?

Yes, an attribute or child tag of "textres" will use a tooltip from a string resource.

I haven't quite got all the minor updates after v3.0.0 into the docs yet.
