Valuable items?

I'm not entirely sure which forum I should put this question in.

Regarding items that have a given value, say a piece of art, for example. When I'm building an item for it, is there some way I should tag the item so that when it gets sold, it is sold at 100%, or should I "trick" the system and double the value so that when it gets sold at 50%, it's the correct amount?

I haven't used the party sheet that much, but there is a number (currently 50%) that you can change to 100% to sell gems, jewelry, and art objects. Though, this means that you have to put those items in the party sheet separately after selling or distributing all the normal items.

Might not be as much of a problem if you split the loot into two parcels, one with the 50% sell and the other with the 100% sell.
