FG Modules for 4e (and other systems)- is there a list, or else places to go?

Most of them will be mentioned in "sticky" threads at the top of each sub-forum specific to the ruleset.

4e is light on modules as in general they cannot be made due to the restrictions WotC place on their 4e content - i.e. it is not covered by the Open Gaming Licence (OGL) that 3rd and 3.5e was (and Pathfinder is). That's why there are parsers for 4e that allow you to use your own DDI subscription to create data/creature modules for your own use.
