I'm not sure what I'm doing is correct.

Let's say I have a Half-Elf Fighter with Human lineage, and his chosen secondary bonus is on Dexterity.

He's 2nd level with 2001 experience points.

His Dexterity is 13, which gives him a bonus normally of +1.

In order to indicate the +2 for secondary, I thought I'd put it in the little + in the upper right of Dex bonus.

Well, if I do this, then it adds this +2 to his AC, which as I understand, the +2 is only for attribute checks.

So, I'm not at all sure if there is an easy way to work this out.

I must say, I'm really getting excited that my Hero Lab project is going so well.

On the Abilities sheet, put the +2 in the corner of those abilities with a Dex bonus. You can setup a generic ability as well, if you want.
