Hi all,

I thought it would be a good idea to keep a list of characters & levels who are 3+.

The intention being to help GM's and Players of the community more easily arrange games for the tiers above the starting level.

I am on a mission to get some characters up to lvl 12 and beyond, so this would be useful as I will be able to schedule so that the higher levels get more games.

- Kaburi: Level 3 (Fighter 1/Alchemist 2)

The rest is still level 1 or 2, but I'm working on some of them to gain some levels.

While a list of 3+ characters is interesting... the list of level 2s is also quite relevant as getting from 2->3 can be tricky since there are lots of replayable level 1 games available and not as many level 2 games.
