Call of Cthulhul at Con
Calling investigators.
https://www.fg-con.com/events/
I posted three sessions of CoC for the 2013 Con thinking that it wouldn't be sufficient, given the popularity of CoC; but after almost a month I have just 3 of 12 player slots filled and only one session is liable to go ahead.
At least one of the players has never played CoC before, so it is important to make a good impression. Hooking new players keeps the genre alive.
If you have some hours to spare this weekend and like CoC, the scenario, The End of Paradise, was written by Monte Cook and is a lot of fun. Help me fill these player slots. There are 3 slots available for Friday evening's game, and 2 for Sunday's.
I have a full license, so at least a lite license is required.FG II Full license holder.

Hi John - I have opened your bookings up again too. Fingers crossed. Also post in CoC threads with some number of participants so they will get direct notification.

I am really looking forward to trying this. The FGcon is all about trying new systems and getting to know our ruleset neighbours
Just thought I'd include a link for the games:
Friday's CoC Game
Friday's CoC d20 Game
Saturday's CoC d20 Game
Sunday's CoC d20 Game (only 2 places left)Last edited by bennis1980; May 29th, 2013 at 21:12.

This may help the CoC games trying to get players - all full licences will be upgraded to ultimate for the duration of the convention! :-)
More info at the "latest news" page on the FG-Con website: https://www.fg-con.com/latest-news/Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. General FG questions should be asked in the forums - don't be afraid, the FG community don't bite and you're giving everyone the chance to respond and learn!

I would have loved to play in one of the CoC games this week-end, but unfortunately, the week-end conflicts with two RL activities... I won't be able to play in any game, just GM my two games.

Im in the C&C one which is going on at the butt crack of dawn for me...unfortunately my weekend is pretty, but hopefully I can possibly hop on at some point and maybe get in a pick-up if ones available. I would just hate to commit and be a no-show.

I think everyone's weekend is pretty, unless you are working (I know, it was a typo, that was a bad joke)
It's good that you've commited, but a GM should give at least a day's notice to cancel.Timezone: GMT

Three sessions of CoC was obviously more than the community wanted. One game is nearly full and will be going ahead, so I'm satisfied. I will be around on Teamspeak and run a pickup game if there is demand.
Thanks to all the players who are supporting Lovecraft's legacy. The Great Cthulhu is dead! Long live the Great Cthulhu!FG II Full license holder.
