When a monster is discovered on the grounds of the Pathfinder Lodge at Heidmarch Manor in Magnimar, an investigation into its appearance leads the PCs deep under the City of Monuments—and face to face with a burgeoning thieves’ guild.

Is there any class restrictions for this? meaning can I play a gunslinger?

Gunslingers are legal for PFS play.. but it needs to be a PFS legal gunslinger.. check out the 'guide to organized play' and the 'additional resources' section on the paizo site.. there are a bunch of restrictions on gunslinger archetypes and gunslingers in general.

sort of new to PFS tried a few pbp society games. mostly the games fell apart and sence I dont have a group near me thought i would give this a try
