There's an undead (forget the name) which is essentially just a head that detaches from the rest of the body after death and flies around. In D&D its called a Vargouille I think.

Closest thing I found in Creatures & Monsters is Disembodied head (undead type III)

Haha..I'll paint a large statue token of myself when I'm at the end of this tile project

I painted many thousand tiles for Angband last year, and maybe 5-6000 tiles for a roguelike named Tales of Maj'Eyal, so I should have enough practice at least
