Recording sessions
If your doing a Team speak session or Skype and can record, would be a great thing, for those that will miss certain sessions.
Or if you have fraps and can do the whole thing, would be pretty awesome to get some of these games on record, even at a low compression, and perhaps edited.

I don't think I'd have the patience to listen through a minute by minute phone session.
There used to be a little application to pretty up the Chatlog. I think a text export would be faster to read and prep and more useful.J.R.R. Tolkien wrote, "I wish life was not so short. Languages take such a time, and so do all the things one wants to know about."

For people only interested in seeing FG in action, the chat log won't be that interesting.
If the video was edited for highlights, that would be the best case; but I know how much work video editing is (which is why I haven't made any videos personally).
