BRP and the FG Con

I'd be interested in playing some BRP - I haven't played in years and also haven't seen the FG ruleset in action.

How familiar with BRP do I need to be to play? I have the book, but haven't read it thoroughly.

I am going to hazard a guess that you will not need to know anything about it. I honestly don't know of a more intuitive system ( for me anyway ). Others in the group do have BRP experience so lack of knowledge shouldn't be a factor at all. Plus we are all patient and helpful, and just want to have some fun. ( most of the players in this session are also GMs, so we want to wear our player's hats too )
