Negating Incorporeal miss chance

is there a command, modification, or effect that can be put into the effects or mods list to negate the effects of incorporeal?

There is no direct option to disable the incorporeal behavior, since it is part of the standard rules for 3.5E/PFRPG. However, you could simply remove the Incorporeal trait in the monster description or remove the Incorporeal effect in the combat tracker to remove the behavior from play.
