The problem is that it doesn't work. Also, are you planning to do actual instructions that explains how to install it when it does work?

How is it not working? There are instructions about usage in Unicore's FGWiki page. Please note that Unicore is build with very different paradigma in mind compared to other rulesetswhich might be reason that it's not "working" for you. I have used it all the time without any issues.

Unicore works great. Keep in mind that the ruleset must be skinned with on of the available theme extensions.
