How to create a theme

I have been playing around with the 3.5 dungeon theme, I can copy it, unzip it and change the images around.

But I am unsure what to do after I have done this. I tried zipping it then re-naming the file extension to ext, but it never shows up as an extension when I start the 3.5-pathfinder rule-set.

can someone point me in the right direction, I am completely lost at this point.

It's more than likely that you have zipped up the whole directory from the directory level, so if you open the zip file the first thing you see is the high level directory - this results in the extension (and modules too) not being seen by FG.

When you zip up the extension files, make sure you zip from within the directory - select all the file and sub-directories and right-click and zip these up. It will give the extension the same name as the main directory, but will not include the top level directory.
