Pathfinder Extensions Question

With the 2.8 release, it seems most of the earlier Patfinder extensions have been rendered obsolete. Are they any that remain useful? Any that address books beyond the Core and Beastiary 1 (for example, the Advanced Players Guide?"

The extensions I would say are obsolete unless you want to stick with d20_JPG. Some of the modules though, are not as they contain spells and feats beyond the core rule book.
