170 tokens where?

I just purchased the C&C ruleset and installed it. Everything seems to be OK but I can't find the tokens. The C&C ruleset webpage states;

"Over 170 tokens generated from the interior art of the Player's Handbook and Monsters & Treasures. Tokens from all the races, as well as multiple tokens for monsters of various sizes."

Where are the 170 tokens? How do I get them to show up? They aren't in the token box.

You might need to open a module which holds the tokens. (I don't have the ruleset so can't confirm)

No in this case the tokens were omitted from the ruleset by accident when the it was updated.

Doug is working to repackage the rulset to include them
