Random Dice Rolling

Is there any way to do a random dice rolling on a non standard dice number? Like say "Random 35" so it will pick between 1-35 on the dice roll?

I'm not aware of a built-in mechanic like that in any of the rulesets, though building an extension to do that would be one of the easier extensions to make.

For the 4E ruleset, there is a 4E Tables extension that DrZ made that does something similar.
