BRP in outerspace?

I am putting together a space campaign that is part exploration and part combat. Can anybody recommend any supplemental material that fits well with the BRP rule set? This would need to include rules for star ship battles and examples of equipment. Rules that are simple as well as flexible would be desirable. A few that I have been looking at include: FIREPOWER PASS Space Combat Rules, A Sky Full of Ships and ASTRAL CONFLICT Spaceship Wargaming 2.0

Take out the Cthulhu stuff and Cthulhu Rising may be of use?
