Help on Skills, D20 Character Sheet

Can't figure out how the Planned Ranks feature works in D20 character sheet. No documentation that I could find. Any help?

I've forgotten the details myself, and it took me a while to figure it out originally. I haven't played using that ruleset in a few years, so apologies if my answer is a bit vague.

I think the "planned" values are in red, then you have to right click somewhere near the bottom and choose "Accept Planned Ranks" or something like that.

Since the ruleset doesn't track which points are spent from which class, it really doesn't matter if you use the planned feature. You can always use the Direct Adjustment option from the radial menu to set the value directly.

Ah thank you I think that answered what I needed to know. Is the 3.5 ruleset different in the way the skills are completed on the character sheet?

No, they are the same, since 3.5E was derived from d20.
