4e ruleset with purchase?

I'm sorry if this is newb question, but I truly have been looking for the answer for a long time, and I'm over it. Does the newest version of FG II come with a 4e ruleset or not? I honestly cannot tell. If it DOESN'T come with, how do I get it? Do I have to buy it?

FG comes with several rulesets one of which is the 4E one. Please note it does not come with any 4E data as WotC has prohibited the release of this information. It is possible to assemble your own data libraries with the use of a community made parser.
