D20 System
Is this system the same as 2nd Edition ADnD?..

No. D20 is a generic system, based on 3rd Edition D&D, that uses a d20 for most of its mechanics rolls.
D20 System
The major difference that I can tell is that 3rd Edition introduced Feats while 2nd Edition doesn't use them.
Many people switched the Open Game License, since it wasn't so strongly controlled by Wizards of the Coast, and offered more freedom for developers of 3rd party products (both professional and hobbyist).

I guess, I should start looking for 2nd Edition Module now
