Assassin's Shroud and Warlock's Curse
I am just curious if there is a way to stack both of the title's effects?

How are you defining the effects for those two powers? What is the exact text you are using?

I have tried using Mark, which only allows 1 instance. I have also tried Shroud. Neither of which show up in the effects list in the 4E User Guide, but I thought I'd try anyway

In my games, I have my warlock add an effect labeled "Cursed" and set an expiration of "Enc". This is purely informational to allow the Warlock to remember which targets he has already cursed. When he does damage to a cursed target, he adds an effect to himself of "DMG: 2d6" with the SELF targeted and ONCE application flags set to apply the extra damage.
None of the extra damage effects in 4E are automatically handled (including Cursed, Quarry and Sneak Attack from the core books); since they only apply once per round and the player has to choose when to apply them.
Cheers,
