Hi Bert,
Did you create the modules using the 4E Parser or from within FGII using the /export command?
Also, why do you want to merge them? Is this for a particular reason?
I only ask as most users keep each reference module separate. You can still have the both accessible by activating each from within the campaign and the opening/viewing them in the Library?FG Project Development
Next Project(s)*: Starfinder v1.2 Starship Combat
Current Project: Starfinder v1.1 - Character Starships
Completed Projects: Starfinder Ruleset v1.0, Starfinder Core Rulebook, Alien Archive, Paizo Pathfinder Official Theme, D&D 5E data updates
* All fluid by nature and therefore subject to change.

Records within modules created with the export command will show up as an extra tab in your Personalities.
Record within modules created with the parser will show up in the Library.
If you activate a module, it does not show up in the library unless it was built using the parser, or created by hand to use the reference window classes.
