4e rules set
Please forgive me, but where does one find the 4e rules set? Also how do you load a rules set? Yes I am new

The 4e ruleset is located inside the Fantasy Grounds II executable program. Once the program is loaded, you can click the "create new campaign" button, in which it will show you all the rulesets you can create. Click 4e, name your campaign, and then click start. That will get you started at least, and welcome to the forums

Thanks for all the help. This looks to be a great software package!!!! Is there any programs you can suggest to create maps? One that doesn't require a certification in adobe photoshop

can you get the 4e ruleset with the Unresgistered Version?. Doesnt appear as an option?

With the unregistered as well as the lite you download the ruleset the GM with the ultimate ruleset uses, but can't use it unless you are connected.
