Halflings are live! Might be a good idea to go get them before the Orcs and Gnolls scare them off ;)
Thank you very much for your work SR
So I ran my first PF2 session the other day and your mega module saved me - the spells as they were ... were lacking and it was really helpful for my new players to have the actions listed out (new system - having icons makes it easier) - so thank you so much for your work and don't kill the mega module :)
No plan to axe the original, but what I would love to know is what you are using from the original still?
I am always looking for what works, what's missing, and what others would like to see added or improved :)
PS: I almost have Versatile Heritages done for those interested, but had to take a week off for deal with a family emergency.
So I was running the one shot 'dinner at lionlodge' - the actions for the classes were a huge help - the spells also - although after watching almost all of the 'v18' videos it seems the default spells do work, it's just they would have needed to repopulate which I wasn't aware of going into the session.
Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, there are previously done products that didn't have the advantage of all the updates that have come since. I know I need to revamp the way spells are pulled for my older efforts, too, but there's always a 1000 little things to do.
Glad you found good use for what I have out there. More to come over time :)
Hey SR, thanks for this! This will be very handy for referencing things quickly without having to pull out my book or pull up a PDF and remember exactly where each action may be and leafing over to find it, etc. Just wish I knew this existed when my campaign started last year, haha. But my friend is DMing our next one, so I'll get him to subscribe to it as well. You rock!
The (SR) DnD Versatile item is available on the forge now [edit update]. And who doesn't want to be more versatile in life?!? The link to it can be found on the first page.
The reason I am posting an early update here is because I created a Video to show some of the differences in this Drag n Drop item in the series: most notably, there is now automation for Feats available as part of the series. I go over that in the video and how it impacts (through automation) character creation and character advancement.
You can find it here: YouTube Video on Versatile Module use
In working on the DnD Alchemist, I realized that making use of a Character Sheet for Familiar use is a bit more involved than the simplicity of just adding Drag n Drop actions or powers.
So with that in mind, I made an Instructional Video on how to make use of a Familiar as a Character Sheet. While this pertains specifically to the importable Character Sheet for the DnD Alchemist, it certainly can be applied to creating one from scratch.
YouTube Video on Alchemical Familiar Use
So Alchemist is done. Whew. There are a ton of formulas and I wanted to make sure they were even more uniformly created for in-game use. This also includes the Alchemical Familiar from the above video.
What made Alchemist a little (a lot) more complicated and time consuming is that I wanted to include all the formulas from all the available material that has come out since the CRB from a couple of years ago... and man, there was a lot. I believe there are more than 250 formulas available for use now (many of those, though, are just more advanced versions of the base item - but they still need differentiating on their effects, etc). Rather than try to explain everything that comes with the (SR) DnD Alchemist, I made a video to show what it contains and how to use it. Suffice to say, though, that between class features and power, feats, and finally all the formulas, there's a lot to the Alchemist that I hope makes game play a little easier for those to make use of this module.

Enjoy!
PS: The Link to the Forge where the (SR) DnD Alchemist can be found is on the first post.
PPS: It should be noted that for non-Alchemists interested in using the Alchemical Items, like Alchemist's Fire or Tanglefoot Bags, the DnD Alchemist will cover the needs for anyone wanting automated use for all of those items.
That's awesome, I have alchemist characters in both campaign's I'm running and they take way longer to get set up than any other class. This will be a massive help, thanks.
So I added a little more to the Actions and Skills module: it now includes the effects for Armor and Weapon Specialization. So within it, you'll now find a new category called (SR) DnD Armor and Weapons.
As I was working on the DnD Barbarian, it struck me that it would be nice to have those critical specialization effects, etc., available for quick use.
In other news:
About a month ago or so, my laptop I do my development on blowed up which, needless to say, was a setback in my efforts to come out with material. I'm getting back on track by setting up my dev tools on my wife's PC, but that's not ideal. I hesitated to do this, but with the new Donate button on Forge, I guess I am going to swallow a little pride and reach out to the community for anyone able to give a little to the (SR) cause, so to speak. Again, this is only for those who can really afford to do so (I know that in our household, we don't have much to spare), so please only give if you have the means and the desire. It doesn't matter if it's $1, every little bit helps: I'll appreciate any amount.
Regardless, though, I am trying to get back on track and working on the Barbarian class currently. I'll be coming out with a video for it because there's a slight departure in how I am approaching the class accessory in hopes that it will make it even easier to use and apply Barbarian features and powers.
Enjoy!
Don't be ashamed to ask for donations.
Considering the work you do for us it was a pleasure being able to help you out.
The way I see it, you are definitely doing good enough work to get some of my money. I hope others who have some extra to spare will notice that too.
The (SR) DnD Barbarian should be out on the Forge relatively soon (there is a placeholder link on the first page that'll take you there when it's ready). In the meantime, here's a little YouTube video to describe some of the uses and changes for DnD Barbarian I employed in this latest release. Hope you enjoy!

I really appreciate the thought. Thank you.
Barbarian is live and available in the Forge. You can find the link on the front page.
PS: Appreciate the thought and generosity, Gwydion!
A new version of the Drag-n-Drop (DnD) Barbarian is out there. As mentioned in the new thread and video (you can find it here), this adds new automation, including creating the spellclass and populating it with the selected powers and class features as appropriate. You can still add the "spell powers" individually, as before, but the new DnD Barbarian should handle all of that, plus some new automation features, to the process.
Enjoy!
Totally off-topic and meant absolutely friendly: your video voice (+voice mannerisms) remind me of Stuart Bloom in Big Bang Theory. :P

lol.. well, now at least I know I can strike it rich when Big Bang Theory: the Animated Series hits the market ;)
DnD Bard is in the queue for release... There's a YouTube Video giving a brief look at what it does... which is good if you want to see me fumbling around on a second attempt (my first I recorded with my mic muted, lol) to explain the Drag n Drop Bard. Yeah, it's not pretty (for instance, I didn't get Hymn of Healing to add to composition spells... which, turns out, was because I didn't have the APG book open.. lol.. yeah.. I can be a moron somedays).
At any rate, for those looking forward to playing a bard and want to have as much of it automated as possible, I promise you.. the module works better than my explanations of it :p Hopefully, it will be available in the forge relatively soon. :)
Enjoy!
My bard player will like this. :)
It's out there.... and the video is here.
Demoralize lacks a duration for frightened 1. ;)
Ah, yes, thank you. I remember vaguely that there was a change at some point. But I expected it to automatically set a duration in the duration field, not keep the duration 0 and still be handled automatically. Good to know each and every idiosyncrasy of the ruleset.
So there's a new product out there.. which is as complete as I intended, as I have a higher priority project I'll be shifting focus to.
But for now, what I have will be very useful for those of you who want Companion Rules built into a Character sheet for use. This includes everything from Secrets of Magic, Guns and Gears, etc. Thus, anyone interested in Eidolons or Constructs, you'll be able to pull up the character sheets that will have the details (stat blocks, etc) for it built in (along with the wide variety of animal and plant companions available).
I haven't done a video for this yet (I will at some point), but essentially, you'll "level" your companion as you level your character, but without using the tracker (just go in to the "Class" magnifying glass and increase the level there). I'll try to update this at a later date to make that more integrated and smooth, but for now, there's some easy characters to import and use for those interested in Companion use.
Store Page
I have added a base Familiar to (SR) DnD Companions. The Actions tab has all the current selectable Familiar and Master abilities that can be assigned to a familiar on a daily basis. You'll use this like you'd select spells for a prepared caster.
Here's a quick screenshot of what some of it looks like. I might do a video at some point to show how to use a prepared spell list to select your daily abilities to select the # of appropriate powers a player wants to use on their familiar. I tried to include some of the rules in there.
I'll try to expand on this soon to include specific Familiars and more of the rules involving familiar use.

Hello!
So I'm loving all of your drag n drop stuff!
I was wondering if there are any plans to convert Ooze Form for the Spells and Magic Compendium? I've a player whose been using that a lot and while it's not too difficult to just manually calculate everything, I would love to see it as one of those import forms.
Thank you very much! This was a huge help.
I hope I can get some time in the new year for more of these projects (compendiums and companion modules). I was forced to take a few months off by that dreaded life thing we are apparently supposed to deal with on occasion ;)
I am just getting started with 2e and these are a huge help. Thank you for your efforts.
Edit: I was just wrong :D
Many thanks for all your work Shaderaven. I hope you are doing well.
Am I correct that some of your modules still have more complete automation than what currently exists in PF2e books in Release 19 or should we stop using the actions based implementations that you have provided?
Sorry for the delay.
I haven't really considered on a one-for-one basis as to what's been covered in the newer releases, to be honest. At worst, my series offers some tips and tricks for making use the ruleset. That said, it's always been the hope and intent that the official release items will eventually meet all the needs for GMs and Players and these become irrelevant. That would allow me to spend more free time in designing more fun stuff for GMs and Players to use in addition to the Paizo material.
For now, at worst, you can glean some ideas out of these modules, taking the pieces you need, and unload them as they become outdated. :)
