Not exactly sure what you are indicating. Assuming you received the same problem (Error Get Products) while trying to update and that you are unable to delete something? Can you give us more information as to your problem and possibly scren shots showing the error(s)? Thanks!

I just installed FG yesterday and have been having the exact same issues. No Windows Firewall. I even uninstalled Norton and tried the updater; no joy.
Has anyone made any progress on this?
Hi morenotony welcome to FG. Sorry to hear you are having an issue.
Something somewhere on your system is preventing FG operation correctly. Switch off AV does not always mean that it completely stops working. It is better to make sure you have a proper exception in place, especially for products like Norton. Make sure also that it hasn’t already quarantined FG.
If you are using anything else such as Malwarebytes make sure you have exceptions in place there too. In Malwarebytes case switch off the web enhancements.
