Some of the older modules don't make use of all of the newer features. I know there are (or were) some issues with some of the older bestiaries.
The main issues you'll see is data not being populated into the new desktop campaign data lists and/or population into the group functionality that came with v3.3.0. The latter is the bestiary issues Blackfoot mentioned. Data has to be accessed via the library like you would have before FG v3.3.0.
For things like class and race entries, these don't have the new format that populates data when drag/dropping to a character sheet.
Hmm.. So not so much a global search and replace fix but an add a line thing or something like that?
I'll take a look at it when I get home and see if it's worth my time to putter with.
EDIT: Oh.. wait.. you're talking about a more radical sort of change aren't you. Hrm. Well.. I'll look at it anyway.

The Summonable Monsters Module has been updated to fix a few errors with summoned critter SR.
