Missing Reference manuals in the modules

Hi,

I dont know if this is a new problem or an old i just haven’t noticed, When looking in my library for some of my modules i wanted to see about running for the first time i noticed that 3 of the official WOTC modules COS, ROA, SOSC are missing the 'reference manuals' sections. Ive not read any of them yet so there is a small chance they don’t have them and i just didn’t notice however i have looked around them before and am sure they had them or i would have noticed before now.
