So I have a MAC computer and would love to play Call of Cthulhu 7E. None of the descriptions in the Fantasy Grounds store say if it is Mac compatible. If I have FGU for Mac will all FGU work with it for MAC?

I think you'll be fine. I'm running FGU and FGC on my MacBook Pro with 10.14 installed. The modules, map packs, everything just downloads and I'm good to go. I don't have Cthulhu, but I have 5e, SWD and SWADE and they all run beautifully... I don't believe that there are any modules that are platform specific, or FGC/FGU specific.

Yes Call of Cthulhu should work with your Mac on both FGU and FGC.
