Curious question to other GMs

I have GMed a lot in person / on FG with friend but never for a PUG kind of game. I am curious what system others use for determining abilities for AL games? Rolling, buy, array?

You will need to follow all ALO guidelines if yuo want to run them as official AL sessions.
