Apply Fatigue Effect

Hi fellow savages!

Is it possible to apply fatigue to a target with a weapon attack or power attack using effects? I've tried adding an effect to a weapon and a power, but nothing I've tried works. I've tried all kinds of variations on [>Fatigue +1]. I put it in the field under Keywords, in notes, and in modifications.

The effect documentation indicates fatigue is a valid DAMAGETYPE, and I can drag it from the Effects list onto a weapon and power, but it never applies to a target.

I'm using SWADE and the latest version of FGU.
