Fall of Delta Green (and other GUMSHOE) automated ruleset

I wrote up a ruleset implementation (but as a corerpg extension at the moment) here:

I'm somewhat new here, so apologies for the double post (and please remove is this is not kosher with the forum rules) but I figured people looking for rulesets would come here first, but technically I'm posting an extension there (which encodes a ruleset).
