Yes. The only limitation is that you can't connect to games with multiple computers under the same license, at the same time.
How do I set this up? Do I download the demo version and install the License key that I got when I went Ultimate and only do this if I need to?

Simply download the program and put in your ultimate license key and user name and password then run an update :)
