Beta 4.2.0: Paint tool: Remove/Delete selected points doesn't remove all selected

Ran into a case where if multiple strokes were selected the Delete/Remove points actions would only remove one of the strokes.

In a new 5E campaign:

1. Create a new image
2. Paint Tool > Rectangle
3. Draw 2 rectangles. In the sceenshot, the top rectangle was drawn first
4. Hit Edit and select all points
5. Hit Remove Selected Points (or Backspace). The Top rectangle is removed but the bottom rectangle remains.
6. Undo (CTRL+Z)
7. Select all points again
8. Hit Delete Selected Points (or Delete). The top rectangle is removed and one side of the bottom rectangle.
