level 0 spells act same as higher spells when used

in pathfinder fg, the level 0 spells don't have tick marks to check off, and just "always on."

in starfinder fg, there are tick marks that when clicked on, the spells disappear as though it were a higher slotted spell.

Yes and 0 level and At-Will spells are on the list to fix.
