How do I create a Ritual Reward?

I mean, what kind of entry is it? Is it a kind of Item? I can parse rituals, but I can't figure out how to create a new one.

Rituals are just a reference records at this point. You can drag them onto the special abilities section of the character sheet to create a link, but otherwise they are just there for information.

All reference records can only be created though XML module editing. I think the parser might support creating modules with rituals, but not familiar enough with it to be sure.
