Trying to find if the actor attacked last round.

Is there any way to do this? I am using the Rolemaster Classic ruleset, I have been playing around with unpacking the CoreRPG.pak and RolemasterClassic.pak files and messing round with the .lua scripts. I have made a few changes to combat tracker scripts that work, but I am hoping I can determine when an actor attacked last, and with which weapon. This will help in determining things like reload time and iniative for certain weapons. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
