cloud server already exists for your fantasy grounds account

Apparently, a ghost of the cloud game indeed still exists, but I am unable to kill it or connect to it.

Better call Scooby Doo and the gang to catch that Ghost.

FYI the ghost finally timed out after a long time (several hours, more than 12).
