Hi RaNyak, welcome to FG.
Can you do a tracert 8.8.8.8 and post a screenshot of the result. Also double check that Avast isn't the issue (many users have issues with that particular AV) and that your network is set to private and not public.

Hi RaNyak, welcome to FG.

Hey, thanks for getting back to me so quick, here is the trace screenshot, I'm not sure what else to do in regards that avast is set up properly and I have also tried turning it off completely and setting things up through windows defender with no luck either, and my network is set to private.
Also for the record, I'm set up through Ethernet rather than WiFI
Thanks.
Hey, RaNyak. While we are awaiting the attachment for the tracert to be approved it might also be helpful to post a screenshot of the Avast rule that you have. As Zacchaeus mentioned, others have had problems with those rules and we can help you if that is the issue as well. Hope you can get sorted quickly!
Unfortunately your second hop timed out so I can't see whether you have a possible router and modem set up which would require some chaining of port forwarding. Do you know if you have such a set up?
10.0.0.138 is a pretty common gateway on a Telstra supplied device.
Post a copy of any port forward screens on your router please.
Here is the rule I have at the momentAttachment 23769
I'm using Avast Premier and Malwayebytes but MB was not installed when I discovered I was having these issues.
I know the OP's attachments need approval so if it helps, damned, attached is the screenshots. I tried to help him via PM in discord. His Avast rules look good and he does have his network to private. Attachment 23770
Is 'FG Port' just a name you have given the rule? If not make sure that it is actually Fantasy Grounds that you are allowing. Also make sure that your computer#s internal IP adress is actually 10.0.0.43
RaNyak send me your email address via PM and ill have a peek with you.
