4e Magic Item Critical

Hello there,

I'm using the 4e ruleset in FGU and am trying to create a Blurred Strike Ki Focus in the magic items section. I entered the information and dragged the item onto a character sheet to test. Everything worked except for the extra critical die being populated (this ki focus gets an extra d8 on crit). I tried several variations (1d8, 1d8 damage, +1d8, +1d8 damage, etc), but nothing seemed to work. Am I doing something wrong or am I misunderstanding what the critical box is for when creating a magic item?

Try using this format:
+1d8 critical damage

Yep, that works. I have been doing it by manually adding the dice. Nice to know the correct nomenclature. Thanks Moon Wizard!
