[PAID] [LFP] Pathfinder 1e Custom sandbox campaign 'Stemming the Tide'

Destruction on a scale the Material Plane has rarely seen, has exploded upon it's surfaces taking hundreds of thousands of lives in a single night, forever altering the terrain of the world. And in the midst of all this death, the seeds of greater reaping have been sown. For among the denizens of these ravaged lands, the Harbingers have chosen their avatars, and they have arisen.

FG License: Unity Ultimate
Game System: Pathfinder 1e, Mythic rules, hero points, skill unlocks, Epic levels (optional), Kingdom building (optional), Massive damage rules (tweaked to scale with max health rather than flat 50HP, optional), called shots (optional)

Time Zone: Mountain Canada/US
Day of week and time: TBD
Planned start date: Once a group is ready to play
Planned Duration & Frequency: Weekly 4-6hr sessions based on number of players.
Term: Long term, potentially eternal
Price: I am aiming for $10-15/player/session, but this is not set in stone.

Text or Voice: Prefer to use discord for voice to complement text in FG
Voice software used: FG Unity and discord for voice.
Will this be recorded and/or live streamed? I may record for personal records, but I will not post anything anywhere.

Roleplay & Combat mix: 50/50 to 25/75 depending on player feedback
Number of Players in game & needed: 4+ (The better people know their characters and the smoother their turns go, the more I can accommodate.)
Character starting level & equipment: 2nd level; 25 pt buy, 2 traits(plus extras with drawbacks/flaws); 1000GP starting wealth;
Character restrictions: ANY official content on D20pfsrd.com or aonprd.com; No 3.5 DND conversions.

Many of Golarion's most prominent nations have been hit with devastating forces. What appeared to be several coincidental events has been discovered to be a massive, co-ordinated, and widely varied attack upon all of Golarion. Several forces have collected to face this new terrifying foe, but little is known about them. The party is recruited to investigate and do what they can to stem the tides of horrors marching across the lands.

This would have be my first Fantasy Grounds campaign, but I now have 3 others that I have run. Any feedback on either the gaming or this post would be appreciated. Please DM me.

Experience: Never used Discord, but I did download it ages ago. Have a basic idea of how it works. Been running Kingmaker with some buddies on FantasyGrounds for several months now.

Player Experience: Played a good bit of Pathfinder first edition. Have a good bit of Pathfinder content on Herolab. Not very familiar with Mythic rules.

Availability: For the next few months I’m quite free. But normally something in the off-work hours or weekends of GMT+3 time zone.

Optional rules: Never played with anything beyond just the normal Pathfinder rules, so nothing to add here.

Player type: This is kind of tough. I feel like ideally one should be channeling most of these at various times in a session/campaign. Maybe some amalgamation of Power Gamer, Tactician and Method Actor?

Current Interest/Party: Since there’s a tank and an archer, I guess I would roll with some magic. Maybe a mnemonic esoterica psychic. Or a Witch.

why don't you switch to pathfinder 2nd edition? you would probably get players.

It's possible PF 1st edition's greater customization in mechanics and gameplay suit his vision more? At least I am more excited about first edition as opposed to second, haha.

I won't switch it to PF2E, as I have my heart set on the possibilities of 1e. But I am open to it being a 2e version as well. See here.

I have a lot of experience in 3.5 and some in 5e but limited in PF. I am very interested but let me know if this is going to be a showstopper. If not I would be interested in joining and can share more information.

Character type - would probably go for someone Nobel and heroic....perhaps not totally aware of how he comes across but his heart is good and his intentions are pure. Would be driven to do the right thing and save people wherever he could but has a fear of failure and perhaps is not as confident as he makes out deep at heart.

I see your in Canada too. I am in Gatineau QC close to Ottawa. Well if you think you may want to do a PF2 campaign on a Monday or Tuesday night let me know. I am looking for both a friend and I. I wouldn't mind a homebrew campaign or a PF1 Ap converted to PF2. We already played age of ashes, extinction curse and now starting vaults. My friend is my Friday GM. We have the exp also.
