Portrait issue

I am trying to assign a Portrait to a character and it doesn't work. I have the picture in the portrait folder but when I drag it over the portrait location and drop it nothing happens. I was able to drag-drop a token, but not a portrait. Am I doing something wrong ?

For portraits, you click on the portrait picture and it brings up a window of your portrait directory that you can then select a picture from. It will also auto-fill the token window with the same picture.
