Applying effects causes flickering/slow down
I'm not sure this is related but there's an odd thing going on sometimes when adding or removing effects that the light / LoS is flickering on the maps which causes FG to stall until it is resolved. This is especially noticable with the aura extension i.e. applying / removing multiple effects through an aura, but can also be observed without the extension when applying buffs or debuffs to multiple characters at once on a map with multiple light sources and somewhat detailed sight blockers.
It basically looks like the lights are being recalculated whenever an effect is added or removed from a character.
