Problem with Party Sheet in CoC

So my players can't see the "MAIN" page on the party sheet, the page with everyone's attributes, hit points, and sanity in one nice easy to read chart.

I did some digging and I can replicate this behavior by setting the option in the 5e ruleset of "Party: Show characters to client" to the off selection. When I select the option to on, my players can now see the "MAIN" page of the party sheet in the 5e ruleset.

Problem is, when I load up the CoC 7e ruleset, under options, there does not exist an option for "Party: Show characters to client." I have no themes or modules loaded.

Is there a work-around or something manual I can set on my end to show the "MAIN" page of the party sheet to my players? Or is this a limitation in the ruleset?
