Cannot get Damage Reduction or energy resistance to work

So I use Persisted Visage of the Deity, witch grants;

Cold resist 20
Fire resist 20
DR 10 magic

we have it written as;

DR:10 magic, RESIST:20 fire, cold

we have also tried;

DR: 10 magic, RESIST: 20 fire, RESIST: 20 cold

but neither have worked in the effects area.

Also on a side note is there a way to add a permanent concealment (20%) to the effects?

You need to use semicolons to separate different effects :) For example

DR: 10 magic; RESIST: 20 fire; RESIST: 20 cold

For the 20% concealment use CONC as effect :)
