Minor Mistake on the Dead Boarder Module PC

In the Dead Boarder module the Book Store Owner Pre-Gen character has an item listed in their inventory of a "22", and this is listed again in the main sheet under Melee. This shouldn't exist as an inventory item (it's not in the original adventure and seems to be a mistype as their 50% skill is 22), and should just be Fighting (brawl) in the Main sheet under Melee.

I've sent a note to the DLC developer to take a look.

This is fixed now. As part of the refresh, I converted the module to the reference manual to the new Builder standard.

Thank you all. Incidentally I ran the module for a group tonight and encountered no other issues.
