Not sure if it's just my client, but my Curse of Strahd adventure doesn't have a reference manual-- I thought these had been added to every adventure.

Not every adventure has a reference manual. And Curse of Strahd currently doesn't have one. Normally only newer products have reference manuals as standard - but still check the store page to confirm if there is a reference manual (don't take it as a 100% given that every new product has a reference manual). Older adventures weren't released with a reference manual. Some are being updated as time allows...
They have been added to every adventure where it is possible to do so easily. In the case of CoS it isn't easy, so it currently doesn't have a reference section. When it becomes possible however it will get one.
