LFP Savage Worlds One-Shot (Wiseguys JumpStart) Sat. Feb. 2 at 5:30 pm PST (UTC-8)
This coming Saturday, you are cordially invited to participate in the Savage Worlds Adventure Edition one-shot Song of the Canary. In this exciting Wiseguys JumpStart adventure, you’re a 90s Vegas Mob associate whose crew lands in unexpected hot water. Together, you need to find some way out of it fast – or else… Players who participate will be provided with a taste of the upcoming setting (including new Hindrances and Edges) and a full crew of pre-generated wise guys to take this Cadillac out for a spin!
Time: Saturday, Feb. 2 at 5:30 p.m. PST (UTC-8). The game should take about 3 to 3½ hours.
FG License: I have the Ultimate license, so all you need to play is the demo version of Fantasy Grounds.
Game System: Savage Worlds Adventure Edition (complete SWADE player module implemented)
Adventure: Wiseguys JumpStart adventure, Song of the Canary
Chat: Discord will be used for voice chat (so you’ll need to have a working headset). I’ll provide a link for the game.
Players: We already have at least 3 confirmed players and plan to run with 4-5 (so we’re looking for 1-2 more players). Newcomers are welcome…this is a perfect opportunity for someone with little to no experience to give the fast and furious fun of Savage Worlds a try!

Wiseguys is a Savage Worlds Adventure Edition setting by Just Insert Imagination (in the grand tradition of their earlier release, the acclaimed mob and road movie, sandbox adventure Fuhgeddaboudit!). It’s a crime setting inspired by the movie Casino by Martin Scorsese, and crime fiction movies by Quentin Tarantino of the 90s such as Reservoir Dogs. Daring heists, high-speed chases, turf wars, networking shenanigans, hijackings, mob hits, and desert hole digging await you in Wiseguys as you retake the city that was once yours – all the while dealing with the tribulations of your personal and professional life!
