Oh my, the wallet ran away in fear.
Here's to hoping that stimulus check comes in before the 5th (yeah, right).
So many good things to buy. It almost causes choice paralysis.
Buy everything, see problem solved.
That's why I need the stimulus check.
I've got a Classic Standard License. I'd like to buy a Unity Ultimate License at the best possible price. However, I'm not getting the additional 40% discount mentioned above. I show a $29.80 discount to $119.20 even when I'm not logged in. I don't see any extra discount when I log in, even going as far as the Paypal screen. Am I missing a detail that makes me ineligible?
Thanks in advance!
To upgrade to Unity Ultimate license, you need to have the Classic Ultimate license already.
If you have the Classic Standard license, then you should see a discount on purchasing the Unity Standard license.
You would need to upgrade your Classic Standard to Ultimate, it is 50% off. Then you could upgrade to the Unity Ultimate.
Thanks Fear Grounds. I'd begun to figure it was something like that...
So...
Did all the math, and came out to just slightly cheaper to buy the upgrade rather than buying a brand new license. Without the sale, the upgrade path is more expensive. Who knew? :)
This is probably a silly question, but if I have the FGC Ultimate license and I 'upgrade' to the FGU Ultimate license, do I lose access to FGC? I'm assuming that's what upgrading entails?
Hey guys, just a quick question about the discounts for Pathfinder items already owned on paizo.com. Do these discounts still apply based on pdf price?
It seems that something is being applied but seems to be off, eg: Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Villain Codex is marked down to $33.74 but when I add to cart it shows as $26.25 rather than the expected $23.75 (37.74-9.99) - is this behaving as intended?
Ok, probably a stupid question. I have both a FGC standard license and a monthly sub for Unity Ultimate. I would like to go ahead and purchase the FGU Ultimate license, upgrading my sub. How do I do that? Just purchase a new FGU Ultimate license, and my account will be upgraded? Or do I need to specifically upgrade my current license in some fashion? If that makes sense. Thanks.
There is no direct path from a sub to a non-sub license. You would need to buy the non-sub FGU Ultimate license and this will create a new license key for you. Replace the key in your Settings and run an Update. Then, once you confirm it works, go to your Store > Order History page and cancel your subscription.
Ddavison, thanks. Will do. I assume getting a new Unity license key will not affect either of the current campaigns I am running with Unity?
No, new license keys do not impact existing campaigns.

When you decide to move a campaign from FGC to FGU, detailed steps are here; https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...ampaign-to-FGU
So what is the easiest method to buy the upgrade with all available discounts for the Unity Ultimate (I currently have classic Ultimate through Steam). Thanks!
Where have your previous DLC purchases been, If you want Complete the Bundle pricing you have to buy all at one place.
This is the bundle if you have the Ultimate license for FGC and want to upgrade to Ultimate FGU.

Scroll down to the bottom and make sure it shows all your past purchases as already owned. That way you don't have to re-purchase anything. FGC licenses are 50% off during the sale, but they shouldn't charge you anything for those. FGU licenses are 20% off and you will need the FGU Standard plus FGU Ultimate license DLC. The total package should be 40% off from the bundle.
I got my FGC full license 8 years ago, so it's not linked to my brand-new account here. Is there a way to enter it manually to get the winter sale discount on my upgrade? :confused:Quote:
If you already own a 1-time license of FGC, you will get a discount added to your shopping cart when you add it to your cart.
I think you will have to contact [email protected] or via the support portal.
Just got myself that Inner Sea Tavern Pack! Thank you!
Anyone have any idea when the next sale will be I missed this one by a couple days?
Welcome to the FG forums. There are a handful of products on sale each week (changes on Monday) - you can see these by going to the store and scrolling passed this week's new releases.
SmiteWorks don't specifically detail when they do big sales, but these usually tie in with Steam big sales. So the next big sale is probably a few months away.
