C&C Ruleset navigation

Okay so I'm new to this so bare with me. So after a long time of trying to figure stuff out I finally got my windows re sized by ctrl+dragging. would have been so much easier if there was just a drag corner but oh well. Is there a magic way of resizing the chat window too? At least make it taller?

I read lots of threads with people editing the rule files to allow this but I don't want to have to modify the rule set just for that if there is some simple way I'm to stupid to find. And it looks like from watching the tutorials that at least in the 3E PFRPG rules set you can make the chat window at least taller.

most rulesets have fixed size and position chat windows. i think the new version 3 ruleset (still in beta) allows resizable chat windows...

you will find that 3.5e / pathfinder and 4e have more goodness than most other rulesets.
