By the book, coin weight is 1/4 oz (Character Law pg 96, section 8.1, also section 8.1 in the Reference Manual in FG). In FG you can set it by going to Options>Currencies, by default it's set to 0.01 (as I recall, that is pounds, not ounces), FG cannot do more than two places past the decimal and still be visible as I recall.
There are temperature and precipitation charts in RM2 Character Law & Campaign Law if you have access to that (page 108), there does not seem to be an equivalent in RMC.
